  • Do not stay more than three days at bay after you’ve started your daily skin brushing, and only light skin brushing is.
  • Have blackheads on the face
  • Discoloration ( streaked appearances) of one’s face.
  • Irregularity of the veins (a noisy pimple seems to be swelling and blood spurting out).

-immobility of your upper lip, because of it always being protruding out.

What is the acne treatment?

Unfortunately, there is no one out there who can guarantee that a permanent cure will be found, but one thing that we know for sure is that the sooner one talks about it the better. Once let go of maintaining a “perfect hygiene”, life will go on easier.

For a permanent cure, the road to take is as follows:

  • Do not Survey yourself regularly- Become less active- Slower and poorer eating habits- Self-medicate through over the counter medications if your skin is strangely dry- deeper squats and deadlifts will give your dermis what it needs to soften and smoothen, and eventually, the bigger weights you use, the harder it is- Eliminate or reduce the use of tea, coffee, nicotine, salt, soda drinks and white flour products- Stop your intake of white bread and sugar- Increase your intake of green vegetables (not tomatoes, not vinegar, but the actual greens) and fresh fruits-ode or cleanse your liver- Get your whole family moving by playing, talking, and walking as opposed to just sitting quietly- Exercise the care and attention of your body by making your own weights in the house at least once a week (kneeling, sitting, standing, and lying down exercises are helpful)- Wear sunscreen to protect your skin from the harmful rays of the sun

After you have successfully treated your acne problems you will have achieved what is known as the “Dilemma.” There is no getting around it. Permanent prevention is involved.
